Taught by professional actor/voice artist/and musician David Pavane the Young Performers Workshop uses improvisational theater games to introduce students to drama and acting. As well as learning a variety of performance techniques, the experience of acting encourages self-confidence, co-operation, and awareness of others.
Students will focus on character creation, body language, voice usage, vocal techniques, and exercises.
Try your hand creating scenes from your imagination and using your voice and body language to create different characters. Learn basic acting techniques and how to work with fellow actors.
Build your performance confidence and open your creative self!
