the bond between a child and their parent. Come together and join us and share
the beautiful hatha yoga experience. A union of mind, body and breath. Get to
know each other more deeply as you learn about yourself. Strengthen your bond.
Relax as you both take time for yourselves. Learn life enhancing breath and
social emotional learning skills. Introduce yourself to yourself and work from
the inside out! Find peace and tranquility together!
